Before applying for services at Nur Therapy, please review the following essential requirements for enrollment:
Prerequisites for Enrollment:
- Medical Diagnosis: The child must have a confirmed diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within the last year.
- Insurance Coverage: Families must have active insurance that covers the following services:
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Behavioral Therapy
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Occupational Therapy

- Commitment Period: A minimum commitment of 6 months of attendance at Nur Therapy is required.
- Parental Engagement: Active participation by parents is essential. This includes:
- Attendance at parental assemblies
- Monthly family skills training
- Quarterly treatment plan meetings
- Involvement in Parent Resource Groups
- Other related responsibilities
- Transportation: Parents are responsible for arranging transportation for their child to and from the center. Details regarding transportation options are available on our website.
- Dietary Requirements: During the child’s stay at the center, adherence to a diet free from gluten, casein, peanuts, and artificial dyes is required.
Starting the Application Process:
- Application Form: Obtain the application form from Nur Therapy, complete it, and submit it along with:
- Necessary medical documents
- Insurance cards
- Review: Once all documents are submitted, our team will review the application thoroughly.
- Insurance Verification: We will confirm your insurance details by contacting your provider.
- Intake Interview: Our Intake Coordinator will contact you to schedule an Intake Interview with our Clinical Team and arrange a tour of the Nur Therapy facilities.
- Waitlist: Following the intake interview, your child will be placed on our waitlist based on the evaluation by the Clinical Team.
